You got McCoy and Spock perfectly. Even in the original serious, McCoy felt this way about Spock. Seemed to tolerate him more than anything. Didn't like the fact that the Vulcan was unfeeling.
Which means I can either read this as the new Star Trek or the original :)

This was exceptional!
